Eat First, Shoot Later

Alarma, the design team of Alison Hammer (Studio 556), Arin LoPrete (Arin LoPrete Designs), and Mat Laibowitz (Futuruption) is pleased to present A Fine Mess, a new series of artfully conceived and meticulously designed dinnerware.

We are launching the "A Fine Mess" series with two 12-piece, fine-porcelain, modern and whimsical dinnerware sets. Each set is comprised of 4 dinner plates, 4 side plates, and 4 bowls, and every piece will have its own unique artwork. The photorealistic art will be printed on the porcelain using the latest ceramic printing technology. All items will be dishwasher and microwave safe.

Due to the manufacturer's required minimum quantity, A Fine Mess needs your support to get off the ground. In return for your support, we are offering you the first A Fine Mess series sets as shown below. The following images will be updated throughout the campaign until all the items are unique, as we are still selecting which designs to include in each set.

A Fine Mess Set 1: Foods

Set 1, 4 Plates Set 1, 4 Sides Set 1, 4 Bowls

A Fine Mess Set 2: Icons

Set 2, 4 Plates Set 2, 4 Sides Set 2, 4 Bowls

For your support, you can choose either set, or choose both. Upon reaching our funding goal, we will be able to manufacture and deliver the sets to our backers, and launch the A Fine Mess series which will grow to include new designs, new sets, add-ons such as serving dishes and tea services, and other special edition items.
