In our experience most of the problems we encounter on a ride could be fixed with just a few tools. However, the tools are left behind either because they are heavy, not working or just too bulky for your jersey or seat-bag. Fix It Sticks are designed to solve that problem by being the easiest and most effective tool to carry with you on the go.
The real value of Fix It Sticks is the ability to buy one set of tools to use at home and the same set excels for use on the road. No more compromising!
Fix It Sticks are able to get into very tight spaces by using a single stick to start a bolt, once in place, torque is applied with our unique T-handle design. Traditional multitools lack proper engagement mainly because there are too many pivot points which leads to stripped out bolts and frustrating roadside repairs.
Fix It Sticks are designed to be modular and customizable. Carrying sockets, wrenches, a magnifying glass, knives, etc. can be a waste, just carry what you need. Customers can build a quality tool collection that is totally customized for use on the road or at home.
Fix it Sticks are constructed of high-quality aluminum and steel bits.
The T-way Wrench is a dedicated, versatile, shop-use tool. It’s permanently fixed in the T-handle configuration to deliver the durability required for heavy shop use. With replaceable bits on all three ends, amazing leverage, and exceptional reach, the T-way Wrench is designed to fit your shop to a T.
The creator of Fix it Sticks, Brian Davis, is a Cat 3 road racer in Wisconsin and have been riding competitively for over 15 years.
Last year while riding along on an indoor trainer, Brian managed to damage his front derailleur. To fix the problem he used a trusty 3-way wrench. After getting the bike up and running, Brian thought it would be nice to have the torque of a 3-way wrench in a multitool, and the concept for Fix it Sticks was born.
Fix It Sticks was a successful Kickstarter project, it was funded quickly to completion in February 2013, raising over $45,000.
