Alphas and ship dates

snickerdoodlers,

The Alphas have officially arrived!

We received the latest batch of Rev. 3 snickerdoodles (100 boards) last week and have spent the better part of the last few days testing, booting, and qualifying them and…so far so good, which means we’re on track to send them over to Crowd Supply for fulfillment later this week!

Check out the Campaign Update page for more pics and vids of the testing process…

It’s worth noting that we’ve been getting a lot of great feedback from our select group of ‘pre-Alpha’ customers on the “out-of-the-box” experience (thank you all!), which has helped us further strengthen our documentation and other resources.

If you haven’t already done so, be sure to check out/download our Getting Started Guide and * rough draft * of the "snickerdoodle book” on our Downloads Page.

Yes, there is a snickerdoodle book…

You can also read through some of the early user back/forth on the Forum. And we’d love to hear from all of you with any questions, comments, or suggestions you might have - don’t be shy!

As mentioned previously, we’re still working on setting time aside to build a more robust/dedicated snickerdoodle website that will be much more user friendly (and generally useful). We hope to have something up in the coming weeks; more on that to come.

Finally…delivery updates:

While only a couple weeks from the ship date listed on the campaign page, unfortunately we’re still awaiting a few key parts and are going to be forced to push final shipment back to mid-August.

We hate to do this and we are so sorry for the late notice. Please believe us when we say: nobody wants these things delivered more than we do. Some things are just out of our control, but we ARE getting close.

That’s it for now. Thanks again to everyone for the continued support and patience. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days and weeks, and be sure to follow us on Twitter for up-to-the-minute coverage of all things snickerdoodle…

Until next time,

the krtkl crew
