If so, you could be eligible to enter the Microchip Get Launched 2019 electronics design competition! We make great electronic components and we’re looking for equally great examples of how they’re enabling new, innovative products in the real world.
While designing, funding, manufacturing, and shipping a new product to happy customers is a reward unto itself, it can’t hurt to have some extra incentives along the way. Microchip is partnering with Mouser Electronics and Crowd Supply to offer participants a wide array of support and prizes.
Entries can complete their 30-day Crowd Supply campaign anytime in 2019. However, entries that launch their Crowd Supply campaigns by Teardown (June 21-23, 2019) will be eligible for the Teardown Best of Show prizes that will be awarded live at Teardown.
To be eligible to enter this design competition, your project must:
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of Microchip and Crowd Supply.
While you’re free to showcase any components in the Microchip family, in case you need inspiration, we’re especially interested in seeing entries that incorporate the Curiosity PIC32MZEF dev board or showcase components from our Internet of Things and Wireless Connectivity product lines.
The first step is to fill out the Crowd Supply project submission form and mention that you’re interested in the Microchip Get Launched 2019 design competition.
Get Launched is a start-up and incubator support program which helps companies achieve rapid time-to-production/market by utilizing Microchip’s technical expertise to advise throughout the design process. For more information, visit the Microchip Get Launched portal.
