Get the latest update on Oresat, Oregon’s first satellite and a fully open source and modular CubeSat development system. We’ll discuss results form our March 2022 launch, our upcoming missions, and our open source ground systems. We’ll also dive into the gory technical details on OreSat, including electrical power system (solar + battery), backplane, card cages, communications system, software, and firmware. Since we have upcoming missions, we’ll treat this as a chance for a design review in front of technically competent people, so swing by and give us your opinion of how best to not catch fire in space.
