Hey, I’m Claire. Lasercutting is a lifelong hyperfocused love of mine. Not only do I have well over a decade of lasercutting experience, I have successfully built a thriving business on those skills, and currently sell lasercut files online passively. My lasercut guillotine earrings file has gone viral and physical copies have been distributed in the tens of thousands across the world.
I currently make physical product for local sales and mutual aid, and have a reputation as a lasercut expert. I also integrate lasercutting into my other deep love, addressable LEDs.
I know a massive amount about the history and current culture of lasercutting from an often underrepresented and little understood femme and queer perspective. I focus on the specific objects and materials I know best, and I’ve got broadly applicable tips to share.
