Create together with Mycelial Melodies. Inspired by the networks formed by fungus and the community gathering of quilting bees, individuals will collaborate to produce functional hardware art. Starting with a mycorrhizal network of conductive fabric on a textile base, participants can add capacitive touch inputs from conductive materials, include lights, use elements to play music, and learn how to make decorative elements to form an interactive tapestry. Drop by this demo to learn, craft and build as much or as little as you would like.
