FOSDEM

The last weekend was very busy. FOSDEM, the largest annual conference about free and open source software in Europe, was held at Brussels, Belgium. The name of the event comes from Free and Open Source Software Developers’ European Meeting. It is a non-commercial, volunteer-organized European event with free entrance. Traditionally, it takes place at the Université Libre de Bruxelles Solbosch campus during the first weekend of February.

During FOSDEM 2018 I had a couple of talks related to ANAVI Light pHAT:

FOSDEM 2018 offered a huge variety of interesting topics. The first videos are already available on the web site of the event and their YouTube channel.

FOSDEM is the right place for any open source enthusiast so if you missed this edition, I highly recommend you to plan early your visit at FOSDEM 2019!

In the mean time, I have received the first batch of ANAVI Light pHAT from the local factory in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. During the weekend I have to flash device tree fragments on the EEPROM and tests the units. Right after that the boards will be ready for shipping so please check your address and make sure it is correct! If you need to update your address, you can do so by visiting your account page.

Thanks,
Leon
