Hello everyone,

I wanted to share some photos from the production stage.

After factory production, the encoder and banana connector pads on the 200 PCBAs needed to be soldered manually. This work has now been completed, and the bootloader and final application have been programmed onto all boards. The PC UI has also been finalized.

The boxes for packing the orders have been arrived. All mechanical parts, including the PMMA and aluminum parts, have been manufactured and are now ready for assembly. We are currently assembling all units, preparing them for packaging, and getting them ready to ship.

I have to admit something :) Once we started producing 200 units, I realized that the design requires quite a lot of manual work. While building the first few prototypes, this did not feel like a major issue, but once the quantity went above 100 units, it became clear that the design should be improved further for mass production. Still, it is not a problem. Most of the work is now behind us, and after shipping the products, the only thing left will be to take a vacation :)
