Sorry for the delayed update.

My name is Zoey, and I will be taking over Vileer’s responsibilities for the time being.

Vileer is facing a major personal crisis recently. His beloved cat of eleven years has been diagnosed with a tumor, and unfortunately, the veterinarian has advised that there is no effective treatment available. Vileer and his wife are now dedicating their time to caring for their cat during its final days.

Regarding the shipment of our products, Pi-Cast KVM was shipped to the Crowd Supply warehouse in the middle of May. It arrived to the warehouse this month in June, and just recently started shipping to backers.

As for all other Pi-Cast versions, based on our previous discussions with Vileer, he is likely to return to work in July to assemble these units and arrange for further shipments. However, please be aware that this schedule is subject to change, depending on how his cat’s condition evolves.

I would like to express our deepest gratitude for your understanding and continued support during this difficult time. We truly appreciate your patience.
