Manufacturing Status

We are pleased to report we are now in receipt of all the Altera MAX10 FPGA parts and the first 600 of the Rakon TCXOs, meaning that we will soon be able to commence with production of the initial batch of LimeSDR Mini boards. However, it does now remain to first put a smaller number of boards through assembly in order to finalise the production test program, which will simultaneously ensure that backers receive a rigorously tested product, while we are able to achieve a yield which makes delivering the LimeSDR Mini at this price point possible.

Unfortunately, it does mean we are approximately 3-4 weeks behind schedule, but we hope that you will agree that rigorous testing is key and certainly not something we should cut corners with.

As ever, stay tuned for further updates on delivery of the Rakon TCXOs, test, and production.
