A quick update on where things stand with the production of the Google Home Mini Drop-in PCB.

The validation batch is currently in production at our contract manufacturer. The PCB fabrication and SMT assembly stages have been completed, and the boards are now progressing through the remaining production steps, including inspection and functional testing.

Once the validation batch is complete and tested, I will review the results carefully before giving the green light for the main production run. This step is important — it is the final check to make sure everything meets the quality and functional requirements before we commit to full volume.
