View Purchasing OptionsFor years, bio-signal researchers faced a frustrating choice: expensive systems with professional software, or affordable hardware with basic desktop tools. HealthyPi 6 changes that equation on both fronts.
We’ve reimagined what’s possible in biosignal hardware: portable, multi-modal, research-grade, WiFi 6 enabled, and open source. But hardware without professional software is just potential. That’s why we’re treating our desktop software as equally important.
HealthyPi Studio isn’t a side project. It’s a professional-grade desktop application built to compete with expensive proprietary software. Designed from the ground up to complement HealthyPi 6, HealthyPi Studio offers a seamless experience for data acquisition, real-time visualization, and in-depth analysis, all while maintaining the open-source ethos that defines the HealthyPi ecosystem. Previous HealthyPi software (including OpenView) worked but, if we’re being honest, it wasn’t built for serious research workflows. That ends with HealthyPi 6. HealthyPi Studio is designed from the ground up as a research-grade platform.
Research doesn’t happen in isolation. Your bio-signal data needs to integrate with stimulus software, sync with other lab equipment, and flow into your analysis pipeline. HealthyPi Studio is built for the real world of multi-modal research. Naturally, it will be released under an open source license with full source code available. No black boxes, no proprietary algorithms you can’t verify, no vendor lock-in.
This matters for research:
Stream your ECG, PPG, respiration, and temperature data directly into your existing research pipeline. No custom integration code needed.
This is just the beginning. In upcoming updates, we’ll dive deeper into:
We’re not building HealthyPi Studio in isolation. If you’re planning to use HealthyPi 6 for research, teaching, or clinical work, tell us what you need.
Which features matter most for your workflow? What integrations would make HealthyPi 6 indispensable in your lab? What’s keeping you from replacing your current system?
Thank you for supporting HealthyPi 6!
