Greetings to all USB Insight Hub project subscribers, and I hope you’re having a wonderful end of year. It’s been just over a year since the project reached its funding goal, and in retrospect, it’s incredible to see it now in stock on Crowd Supply, especially considering how challenging 2025 was with tariff changes.

Once the device is in the wild, feedback is welcomed

I’m grateful to everyone who purchased one (or more) USB Insight Hubs, which, by my calculations, have already been working on your desks for three months. I’m also grateful to those who have sent their valuable feedback, as this is the most telling metric a creator can have; no matter how much you do renderings, ask questions, or even make prototypes; it’s the feedback, suggestions, and reports of things that go well (or badly) in the field that really decide if the product has been worthwhile.

In this regard, I encourage you to use the form provided to let us know how you are using the device, if it fulfills your expectations, and any possible improvements or new features that could be added, as this will help us improve the product. Also, any compliments are welcomed, as this lets us know that the effort put into developing this product has been useful to each of you.

As the project leader, now that the initial objective has been successfully met, I started a more conventional professional endeavor a couple months ago. Although at a slower pace, we will continue to provide support with corrections and improvements based on the feedback we receive.
