In the New York City area? Audio Builders Workshop (ABW) will be running a learn to solder session on Saturday Oct 19th as part of the Audio Engineering Society’s annual convention at the Javitz Center. In addition to the Metronome kit, which thanks to generous support form Mouser is available at a reduced price for build session attendees, there are more advanced kits also available. During the AES convention exhibit hours on Weds-Fri Oct 16th-18th, stop by booth 266 to meet the kit developers and explore some of the many options for DIY audio builders.
At our AES event we’ll just be doing the Metronome kit build, if you’re interested in the filter too, please order that from the Crowd Supply page.
Please see https://www.audiobuildersworkshop.com/ for details about the AES convention events, obtaining a free exhibits pass, and sign up to attend the build session on Saturday.
Please note you must order the metronome kit from the link on the ABW website and pick them up in person at the AES show. Kits ordered via Crowd Supply will not be delivered before the AES show.
