Parts Availability Issues

by Manimaran Kanesan

We want to thank you all for a successful campaign! We really appreciate your support and backing to bring the EPS32-M1 and A1 to next level.

We are currently in the pre-production phase working with manufacturers and distributors on securing parts. Unfortunately the COVID pandemic has lead to factories shutting down, including manufacturers of chips and components. Consequently, we are facing parts shortages. Some of the parts not available currently have three to six months lead time or more.

Considering this lead time, we are working with different component vendors to provide the parts rather than just relying on a single manufacturer or online distributor. We will keep you updated on parts status and production status frequently.

From everyone at Bison Science, thank you!
