A single Anwaar amulet consists of two PCBs: a baseboard and a faceplate. The open-hardware baseboard hosts a microcontroller, a hybrid supercapacitor, power-management circuitry, and breakouts. The faceplate allows you to channel all that electronic goodness into a wearable medium of expression, be it a brooch, a pocket token, a badge, an ornament, part of a larger object, or something else entirely.

To keep things simple, this campaign will focus on the Anwaar Amulet Starter Kit, which includes:

• One Amulet Baseboard with a microcontroller, a hybrid supercap, and power-management circuitry
• One Prototyping Faceplate for through-hole experimentation
• One designed OSHW Faceplate that celebrates open-source hardware
• One spacer and five fastening screws
