Before you open your DiceKeys

Like bald eagles and beavers, the parts that hold your dice in place mate for life.

Do not put the top onto the box until you are ready to lock your dice in place forever.

For those receiving SoloKeys

Do not use the solo key update command from the SoloKeys python command line tool. It will install the version of the firmware that does not support seeding with DiceKeys.

If you want to upgrade a SoloKey hacker edition that wasn’t part of your shipment to support DiceKeys, use the instructions at:

The web-based app at https://dicekeys.app does not yet have all the features of those apps.

We’ll be sending updates soon with solutions for Windows users and those who only have iOS devices that can’t seed SoloKeys.
