The OpenLogger Campaign is Live!

We’re excited to announce that the OpenLogger campaign is now live! Be sure to check out the campaign page for details about the project and stay tuned for updates as we make progress. We want backers to be able to start logging and instrumenting as soon as possible, so many of our updates will contain technical and timeline details on the status of firmware development. Assuming we are funded, we want to be able to ship hardware as soon as it’s available and functional, so we’ll release when USB streaming is complete. Right now we have completed calibration, power supply functionality, and waveform generation. Hardware will ship with Analog input streaming to WaveForms Live via USB and the ability to save calibration to flash.

After that functionality will be added in the following order:

We’ll make sure to keep everyone updated with our progress and any interesting challenges or updates!

If you’re interested in how firmware updates will work you can check out the process in this document https://reference.digilentinc.com/reference/software/waveforms-live/update-firmware.
