Dear backers,

Thank you for your patience, and please excuse our recent lack of updates. We were stuck in a loop and failed to realize just how much time had passed since we last checked in. We have some good news ahead, though!

We’ve been working with Crowd Supply and Mouser (Crowd Supply is owned by Mouser, in case you didn’t know) on Inkplate 6 fulfillment, and everything is moving along nicely. In fact, we sent all crowdfunding orders to Mouser several days ago! They should be on their way to backers soon, and pre-orders will follow shortly after the last crowdfunded Inkplate 6 ships out.

As you can imagine, Mouser has a great deal of experience shipping packages, which is quite important to us. (Fun fact: most backers outside of the United States will receive their Inkplates with VAT and customs fees pre-paid!)

What’s next?

• Polish and publish the latest Arduino Inkplate library
• Set up our inkplate.io website along with the documentation that will be hosted there
• Set up our support forum

So, we still have a lot of work to do, but we’re making good progress. (And don’t worry, we’ll post updates to let you know when anything noteworthy happens.) Most importantly, we are approaching the moment when our backers receive their Inkplates…and we are very much looking forward to hearing your feedback!
