Including the 26-pin Raspberry Pi Header

We have updated the Omega2+ Expansion Dock pinout diagram to account or the USB Type-C upgrade and the new 26-pin Raspberry Pi header. We have also uploaded sample code that demonstrates how to program the board’s user-configurable button and LED.
