Updated mechanics & shipping info

Dear Backers,

We’ve got important news for you.

First, we’ve updated the mechanics of the telepresence robot:

  • plexi frame was replaced with an aluminium one. Bumpers were removed. Thanks to the new cradle shape of the frame, your tablet or robot itself won’t get damaged in case of the fall. It is also much more robust than the previous version.
  • bigger wheels allow you to drive through bigger obstacles ex. doorsteps
  • updated battery pack allows you to charge Li-ION batteries without removing them from the robot

Second, packages with your rewards will be sent to our fulfillment centers this Wednesday (11th of October)! If you need to update your shipping addresses, please do so by visiting your account page. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

We can’t wait for you to start building your robots :)

Cheers,
Husarion team
