Project update 36 of 60

Incoming!!

snickerdoodlers,

snickerdoodles are on the way (to Crowd Supply)!

This week saw the first production lot of snickerdoodles ship out to Crowd Supply, marking the beginning of a long-awaited chapter in the perpetually entertaining snickerdoodle story…

Thank you to all of those who wrote in asking for upgrades, priority delivery, etc. - rest assured, your requests have been received. Crowd Supply is planning to start fulfilling the first orders this coming week and into the next. If you are one of the lucky few to be included in the first wave (earlier orders ship first), you will be notified via an automated shipment notification (which will include tracking information and any other relevant details). If not, have no fear…as we are already working on getting the next batch out as soon as possible - hopefully within the next month!

While final testing revealed less-than-ideal production yields, we are steadfastly working with our contract manufacturer and other vendors on ironing out any processes and parts suspected of causing the majority of issues, as well as improving our testing workflow to increase throughput and reduce ‘false-positives.’ The end result: more snickerdoodles…faster…with fewer failures.

Anyway, enough of all that. Bottom line is: snickerdoodle is shipping, and we’re not slowing down anytime soon.

Be sure to open next week’s snickerdoodle update immediately. We’ll just leave it at that…

Onward and upward,

the krtkl crew
