The lead time on some of the parts for LimeRFE has turned out to be a little longer than anticipated, but we are now in a position to confirm the shipping date for both campaign rewards and pre-orders, which will be 31st March 2020. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

In other news we’ve now merged initial support for LimeRFE into the Lime Suite master branch, meaning that you can use the same API to configure both the SDR hardware and the RFE. A new Lime Suite release will be made before the boards ship so that you can install packages from the Ubuntu PPA and take advantage of this update straight away. Other distributions and software packages will gain this support as their maintainers bring them up-to-date. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our beta testers for their feedback.

We’re also pleased to announce that all backer rewards and pre-orders will ship with a custom acrylic case, as shown below, free of charge.
