In this video, Ricardas, the lead developer of Lime Suite NG, provides an introduction to the driver stack used with LimeSDR Micro. Topics covered include building and installing from source and command line tools such as those which can be used to detect connected SDRs, receive and transmit signals to and from SigMF files, configure RF loopback, and transmit and receive a chirp to verify correct operation.

In future updates, we’ll take a closer look at some of SDR ecosystem software plugins which are provided with Lime Suite NG, such as those for GNU Radio and SoapySDR.

Note that LimeSDR Micro support currently lives on a feature branch, but will be merged to main prior to rewards shipping.
