We wanted to give you a quick update on the status of CANtact Pro orders - what is fully shipped, partially shipped, and still pending.
All Early Bird CANtact Pro campaign orders have been shipped. Most of the regular CANtact Pro orders from the campaign have already been shipped, and we hope that backers who have received them are enjoying the products! The first batch of we received for distribution included 95 boards, so our warehouse team filled the oldest orders first.
All open orders will resume shipping in January, when we receive the next batch of CANtact Pros. This shipment is already in route, and includes orders for the original CANtact board. Please check and confirm your order details within your Crowd Supply account for our updated delivery estimate.
A few backers have reached out because they received a USB cable without a CANtact Pro. Each order for a CANtact Pro is processed to include this USB cable product. However, because this cable is an existing stock product, it was readily available and was shipped out ahead of the CANtact Pro for a few orders. If you already received a USB cable, you will still be receiving your CANtact Pro in a separate shipment.
