We’d like to first apologize for this long overdue shipping status update. The PiSupply team delivered the PiJuice products to Crowd Supply ahead of schedule. The delays have occurred on our end. We understand your frustrations and a lack of communication on our end only adds to those frustrations.
We’ve recently transitioned to a new fulfillment facility. This means we have new processes and protocols for packaging and labeling all SKUs. This also means we have a more rigid export control process to adhere to (ensuring each product has the correct ECCN and HTS code, as well as is labeled with the correct paperwork). In the end, we’re experiencing some growing pains with the transition and some of these new processes took longer than expected to iron out.
A number of orders still have yet to ship. These are international orders that contain a PiJuice battery. Because these batteries are lithium, they require a UN38.3 certification in order to be shipped via air. We are working with PiSupply and our fulfillment facility to get the proper certifications and paperwork needed to allow these orders to be released to the customers with outstanding orders. We are expecting this matter to be cleared up very soon.

We’d again like to offer our apologies for the lack of communication and delays. We pride ourselves on being transparent with our customers and getting product out as quickly and smoothly as possible. With these delays, we’ve proven we still have work to do, and we are dedicated to making those improvements so that you, our customers, have a better experience when supporting projects and purchasing products through Crowd Supply.
