We are incredibly thankful for the strong start all you early pledgers have given us in this first week of our campaign! We’ve asked for your support and you’ve delivered in spades. We knew we were setting a high bar when we determined $29,000 was the minimum we needed to make wobL a viable product - but we also knew it was attainable.

You might have asked: Why do they need $29,000? The long answer to that question is complicated, but the bulk of the costs to produce wobL on a mass scale include: the cost of a U.S.-made injection mold, the U.S.-made component costs, packaging costs, and other minor production, shipping, and fulfillment costs. For transparency, and because it does matter, we want you to know we’ve put a good deal of our own money into bringing wobL this far, and plan on investing more if we reach our funding goal.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be focused on getting as many people to know about wobL as possible. As we continue to garner additional press coverage we’ll be sure to let you know.
