Production Complete & Shipments Beginning - NPG Lite Kits are On Its Way!

Dear Backers,
We’re excited to share that NPG Lite kits’ production is complete and we’re starting shipments soon! However, we first want to address the delays and provide full transparency about what happened and where we are now.
Our Sincere Apologies
We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your NPG Lite kits to you. We know how eagerly you’ve been waiting, and the extended timeline has been frustrating for everyone involved, including us.
What Caused the Delay?
We are encountering unexpected issues in payment processing with Crowd Supply that delayed our ability to finalize initial production and procurement. These administrative challenges are beyond our control, but we understand that doesn’t diminish the impact on your experience. We are still in the process of recieving the initial payment; hopefully it will be credited soon! Despite these setbacks, we want you to know that we never stopped working toward getting your kits ready.
Production Status: Complete!
The great news is that production is now 100% complete! All NPG Lite boards, accessories, and components have been manufactured, quality-tested, and are ready to be ship.
What’s Included in Your Kit
Every backer will receive a complete kit with all the components needed to start exploring HCI/BCI applications.
Battery Options
Based on the kit you ordered, there are three options:
- For Ninja and Beast, kits comes with a built-in battery inside a 3-D printed case. We will ship with the battery disconnnected, so to start using the device you'll have to connect the battery with the mating connectors.
- For the Explorer kit that comes without a battery, you'll need to get a battery with PicoBlade connectors. This can be done for Ninja and Beast packs as well if you want to use both internal and external batteries for longer recordings.
- If you have a battery with JST-PH connector, which is usually available for Feather boards, you can use the JST-PH-to-PicoBlade adapter cable included in the kit.
Note: We have provided a detailed battery connection guide in the user manual, make sure to read the manual before connecting any third-party battery to NPG Lite. Incorrect battery polarity can damage the NPG Lite device.

We’re not waiting any longer.
Given the delays that have already occurred, we’ve made the decision to ship the product as soon as possible, even while we continue working through the remaining administrative processes with Crowd Supply to resolve the initial disbursment of funds. Your kits are ready, so we want them in your hands as soon as possible.
