We’re excited to share that Valtrack V4 is now fully built, tested, packed, and ready to ship. Over the past few weeks, we’ve completed the final production batch, quality checks, firmware validation, and packaging. Every unit has now passed our shipment checklist, including:

• LTE + GNSS functional testing
• Power consumption verification
• Bluetooth provisioning checks
• SIM and network registration tests
• Final enclosure fit and packaging inspection

This is a major milestone for us, and we sincerely thank you for your patience and support throughout the campaign.

Shipping Timeline

We will begin dispatching the completed production batch to the Crowd Supply warehouse starting this week. Once the inventory is received, checked in, and processed by Crowd Supply’s fulfillment team, they will begin shipping individual backer orders in batches, with early backers fulfilled first.

Important Note on Tariff Uncertainty

We want to be transparent that we intentionally delayed shipment to the Crowd Supply warehouse due to the recent tariff uncertainty affecting products entering some international markets. Because these policy changes were evolving quickly, we felt it was better to briefly hold dispatch rather than risk unexpected duties and costs.

The good news is that the product is fully ready, and we are now moving forward with warehouse shipment.

Please Double-Check Your Shipping Address

Since fulfillment is approaching, this is a great time to review your Crowd Supply shipping address and make sure it is current and accurate.

This is especially important if:

• You recently moved
• Your phone number changed
• Your postal code or apartment details need updating
• You want the package sent to a different office or lab address

Having the correct address now helps avoid delivery delays once Crowd Supply begins dispatching orders. Thank you for your patience.
