We are pleased to announce the launch of our crowdfunding campaign for HSMC-160 Adapter, an open hardware adapter board designed to bridge between a 160-pin High-Speed Mezzanine Connector (HSMC) and three standard, two-row, 44-pin headers.

HSMC-160 Adapter squeezes the following key specifications into a 7.3 x 6.8 x 1.3 cm package:

• Its headers have a pitch of 2.54 mm (0.1 inches)
• Each header is dedicated to one of the three banks of the HSMC
• Equally sized data traces ensure optimal signal integrity
• It includes a prototyping area with plated holes for creating small circuits when debugging hardware
