NeuroStimDuino is a versatile device for all you budding scientists and engineers out there who want to learn about and explore neurotechnology.

We came up with this idea about a year ago—at the peak of the COVID pandemic—when we were forced to begin working from home. We wanted a way to continue our neurostimulation experiments without having to buy expensive equipment, so we made NeuroStimDuino in the same form factor as an Arduino shield so that it could be programmed using any general-purpose microcontroller. We are very excited to be launching this campaign, and we hope you will like it!

We are starting with two pledge levels. If you already own hydrogel electrodes and just want a stimulator, then NeuroStimDuino is all you’ll need. If you are new to this type of technology, however, then you probably want to pick up an Accessory Pack as well.
