Sword of Secrets is entering the final stretch. All 250 swords from the first production batch have arrived and each one has now been flashed and fully tested. This was a major milestone; seeing the entire batch come to life on the bench was incredibly satisfying.

On the packaging side, everything is now in hand. This includes the custom, laser-cut cardboard back plates, the 3D-printed packaging pieces, and the printed labels. All components are being assembled into the complete final product right now. The last steps are manual: labeling, stacking, wrapping, and packing each unit into the custom packaging.

It is all coming together and it feels so satisfying.
