It’s been a little while since the campaign wrapped up, so I wanted to share some exciting progress that’s been happening behind the scenes.

Production is Underway!

The very first batch of 250 Swords of Secrets is officially in production. They’re expected to be completed and shipped out for final flashing and verification here in the coming weeks. Seeing this project move from the prototype stage into real, physical production is incredibly exciting.

Preparing for Mass Flashing

Once production is complete, I’ll be flashing a few hundred swords myself, so I built a couple of custom flashing jigs to make the process faster and more reliable. Each jig can flash and verify a sword in one go. Let’s just say that I need to buy a new gluestick gun…

Packaging Update

I’ve also been working on the packaging design. To have it somewhat affordable, sleek and recyclable, I chose laser-cut cardboard, staying true to the Sword’s theme while keeping things practical and eco-friendly. Finding a supplier that can do this affordably wasn’t easy, but the prototype results are looking great:
