Products in Transit to Warehouse

Good news! YMFC Flight Controller products are on their way to Crowd Supply’s warehouse for final distribution.

Please take this time to check your delivery address, and update it through your Crowd Supply account if needed. Updating your shipping address helps avoid delays and get your orders shipped successfully. Once your order details have been sent out by our warehouse team for processing, it can be hard or impossible to re-route a shipment.

Due to the general state of international shipping and courier backlog in the US, we’re being conservative in our shipping estimates. Products will arrive at Crowd Supply’s warehouse mid-April, and we expect all YMFC orders to be shipped by May 2021.

Manufacturing Recap

The manufacturing progress went smoothly.

We made a slight modification to the oscillator, due to a component shortage. The updated schematic will be uploaded to github before shipping to you.

NRF24L01 Development Progress

As explained in this update, we are continuously working on new development for controlling mini-drone (NRF24L01) by SDR. I have tried to use gr-nordic to send out the data, but this program consumes too much CPU power. Then I tried to achieve it with portapack+hackrf. (as shown in this video). However, the data rate of my current FSK algorithm can’t reach 250KSPS which is required by NRF24L01. I think better FSK algorithm is needed. I can upload the current code I am using if backers are interested; if you are interested please let us know.
