Assembly and Testing Finished

I wanted to let everyone know that all the units have been assembled and tested. They have been shipped en mass to Crowd Supply for breakdown and fulfillment of individual orders and should arrive at their warehouse this week.

As stated, each module has been individually tested to make sure they work within expected parameters and with that comes some characterization data across 100 units.

  • Current Consumption at 3.3v: 230uA +/-40
  • Overall Gain: 1000v/v +/-90
  • Virtual Reference: 1.62v +/- 0.15
  • 60 Hz Notch Filter Accuracy: +/- 0.4Hz
  • 50Hz Notch Filter Accuracy: +/- 0.4Hz
  • Notch Depth at Respective Target Frequency*: 17-28dB

*Ex. Notch depth is closer to -17dB if notch filter deviation is 0.4Hz from a 50/60Hz target. In other words, if 50/60Hz of interference were to appear as a 2.0Vpp signal on the oscilloscope, the notch filter would attenuate it down to 0.28Vpp. In the best case, the attenuation of 2.0Vpp would be 0.08Vpp.
