Vectino is a compact, open-source development board built around the Arm Cortex-M85, delivering the highest performance in the Cortex-M family along with Helium (MVE) vector acceleration. Designed for modern edge applications, it offers up to 15× speedups in DSP and ML tasks while maintaining low power consumption and real-time responsiveness.

Despite its small footprint, Vectino features a rich set of advanced peripherals. It includes interfaces for CAN, LIN, Modbus, high-resolution PWM, ADCs, and DACs, making it ideal for EdgeAI, industrial, automotive, and control applications. The board is built with industrial-grade components for high reliability, and designed with security in mind so you can trust it in sensitive deployments.

Vectino closes the gap between rapid prototyping and production-grade performance. It offers Extendable Arduino-like programming and compatibility with Arduino peripherals, while adding advanced Renesas FSP features, so it’s ready for true production-ready embedded applications.

Helium On The Edge

Vectino is designed to meet the demands of modern embedded applications across a wide range of domains. Because of its open-source foundation and modern toolchain support, it’s well-suited for everything from research and prototyping to intensive edge computing. It delivers high-speed, energy-efficient performance, transforming how devices sense, think, and respond in real time.

In industrial automation settings, it delivers deterministic performance for real-time control, sensor fusion, and protocol handling using advanced peripherals like CAN, LIN, and Modbus, all backed by Cortex-M85 and Helium SIMD acceleration.

Vectino’s Helium processing unlocks natural, low-power offline voice control and seamless smart home automation when embedded in consumer electronics. In healthcare and office automation, it ensures rock-solid reliability for secure, life-critical operations such as biometric identification and respiratory monitoring. For industrial and IoT systems, Helium accelerates predictive maintenance and advanced edge machine learning—analyzing data locally with powerful vectorized DSP and CMSIS-NN capabilities. The result: faster insights, greater autonomy, and zero dependence on the cloud.
