We have finally launched our crowdfunding campaign for EEZ BB3. It’s been a long time since we decided to make the H24005 more flexible and more powerful by giving it a larger screen, an upgraded MCU, and a modular design built around a DIB v1.0 backplane capable of receiving up to three DC power source modules. We are confident that BB3 will live up to that promise.
In combination with the encoder, the touchscreen display makes it quick and easy to view and configure all important parameters. Which is, I dare say, a hard-to-find luxury within device classes under a couple thousand dollars. The free and open source EEZ Studio not only lets you automate your use of BB3, it provides access to other T&M instruments you might have on your desk. Open source firmware and hardware allow the the courageous backer to modify and enhance every part of the system – independently or in collaboration with us. And that goes for the GUI as well. You can re-design every aspect of the touchscreen interface using the extremely powerful GUI editor that we’ve built in to EEZ Studio.
Thank you for your trust, and we look forward to your support.
