Exciting Design & Functionality Enhancements

We have been working diligently to optimize the design of the Mixtile Cluster Box. Our attention to detail has resulted in a neat, compact system that includes features such as a captive-screw design that allows for easy hand disassembly without the need for tools.

Our Cluster Box also features a state-of-the-art backplane, powered by the ASM2824 PCIe packet switch, that enables flawless connectivity among Blade 3 boards. With four downstream ports configured as PCIe 3.0 ×4, you can rely on the backplane to ensure continuous, reliable data transmission. You can also expand the available storage capacity by connecting your Blade 3 boards to the Cluster Box’s chassis via the U.2 interface. Four NVMe M.2 M-Key slots support PCIe 3.0 ×2 and are fully compatible with NVMe SSDs. Finally, to ensure optimal performance, our Cluster Box is equipped with two internal, 60-mm fans. These fans provide efficient cooling to help maintain stability despite computationally demanding tasks and extended usage.

Software Packages and Benchmark

Currently, we are optimizing the software package for Cluster Box performance testing and intend to benchmark the performance to ensure a seamless user experience. While these tasks are going well, they take extra time to complete flawlessly.

Estimated Shipping Date

Sample units for Cluster Box are now ready. We will arrange immediate shipments when the firmware is flashed onto these units. We prioritize providing you with a Cluster Box that both meets and exceeds your expectations. We sincerely apologize again for the delay in shipment. The estimated shipping date will be early October. Please be assured that we are doing everything within our power to expedite this process without compromising the quality of your Cluster Box units.
