All Boards Sent for Fulfillment

by Sid Price

We finally have some good news about shipping. Crowd Supply has now shipped all production ctxLinks to Mouser for fulfillment.

We shipped these boards from New Mexico back in the middle of March, just as Coronavirus-related restrictions started to hit various parts of the country. Everything began slowing down at that point, and Crowd Supply’s offices came under a stay-at-home order. With fewer staff at the office, it took them bit longer to retrieve the package from the "limbo" into which it had landed.

Eventually, however, the shipment was received and (as shown above) the boards were repackaged and labeled for fulfillment. All backers should receive their boards soon, as should anyone who pre-ordered a ctxLink after the campaign.

Please check the shipping address in your Crowd Supply account and update it if necessary. You’ll get a notification email with a tracking number when your package has left distribution. If you have a shipping question, please reach out to Crowd Supply directly.

Many, many thanks to all of you who backed this project and were so patient with our delivery issues.

ctxLink is still available, and we have maintained the $99 price. New orders placed through Crowd Supply or through Mouser will ship soon.

If you have any questions about ctxLink, or suggestions for features, please don’t hesitate to let us know. You can reach us through the Ask Sid Price a technical question form or by email at sid@sidprice.com.
