Hey everyone! Thank you all so much for the support, encouragement, and collaboration! As of me writing this, we are 52% closer to moving a big dream forward! This project has been more than a year in the making and is riding on the heels of a long legacy of science and engineering, making this open platform possible. In this update we'll give you a quick run-down of the hardware functionality in its current state and what's coming in the future.
Kingtop has finished assembly of the first batch of ManT1S rev. 5 boards, and they are on their way to me as I'm writing this. Check out the update to find more about this and other manufacturing progress.
Progress so far...
First, let me thank you all of you who have backed this project. The campaign
progress has been really good, It reached nearly half of the goal over the last
week!
I wanted to show Tarocco doing real machining work, so I took my CNC wood router
out of its enclosure and sot a video of it fabricating a small ER11 collet
organizer.
Hurray, we reached our funding goal! Also, the campaign is almost over! Time flies when you're having fun I guess. Time also flies when you're very busy. :)
In this update I wanted to talk about the test fixture used to test each unit before it gets shipped to you.
