Boards Have Arrived

The first 80 or so Tarocco kits (boards, pigtails and standoffs) arrived to the Crowd Supply warehouse on Monday. The plan is to ship the controllers to those who didn't order a motor first. The other items, i. e. the rest of the kits and the servomotors will be shipped by the end of March. Read the full update.

The First Batch is Almost Ready

For the last two weeks I've been loading the firmware and testing each board with a real motor and encoder. The bootloader's ability to program the flash memory, and the correct operation of the the step, direction, reset and error signals were verified. Read the full update.

Thank You and Demo

Progress so far... First, let me thank you all of you who have backed this project. The campaign progress has been really good, It reached nearly half of the goal over the last week! I wanted to show Tarocco doing real machining work, so I took my CNC wood router out of its enclosure and sot a video of it fabricating a small ER11 collet organizer. Read the full update.
