Cellular Internet + GPS for CANbus Projects

ESPNetLink is an LTE and GPS module designed to bring cellular, internet, and GPS IoT connectivity to life. Whether you’re a member of the WiCAN community, an electric car owner looking to glean insights, or someone interested in advanced telemetry, ESPNetLink provides fast data and precise tracking to power your use case. It is powered directly from the WiCAN Pro’s USB interface or the vehicle’s USB port, ensuring easy installation and reliable performance. Whether you’re tracking a vehicles GPS, building an IoT gateway, or logging sensor data, ESPNetLink brings robust, low-power LTE connectivity into a compact and easy-to-use package.

WiCAN Pro VPN to Home Assistant from Anywhere

ESPNetLink extends the capabilities of WiCAN Pro by enabling continuous internet connectivity and secure WireGuard VPN tunneling directly into Home Assistant. This creates a private and encrypted link without relying on third party services. With ESPNetLink you gain safe remote access for diagnostics, live data streaming, and configuration, all seamlessly integrated and available from anywhere.

IoT Gateway for Your Devices

In addition to vehicle applications, ESPNetLink doubles as a powerful IoT gateway. It ensures stable, low-data-rate communication for sensors, meters, and devices across a wide range of IoT use cases. From environmental monitoring to remote equipment diagnostics, ESPNetLink provides the backbone for reliable, field-ready deployments.

GPS + Motion Tracking

Beyond connectivity, ESPNetLink includes a dedicated GNSS receiver for global GPS tracking, along with an onboard IMU for motion sensing. Together, these features make it ideal as a standalone GPS tracker or as part of larger telemetry systems.

Easy to Configure

Getting started is simple. Configure ESPNetLink through a lightweight HTML interface or via CLI, depending on your preference. Both options make setup quick, whether you’re a beginner experimenting with IoT or an experienced developer integrating cellular connectivity into production hardware.

Low Power Modes

With its low power consumption and support for sleep mode, ESPNetLink is perfect for long-term use without worrying about draining the car battery if parked for an extended amount of time. Additionally, it functions as an IoT gateway for low data rate devices, ensuring reliable connectivity and data transmission for devices and sensors, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of IoT applications.

LTE Connectivity

This product uses the Quectel BG95‑M5 module (LTE Cat-M1 / NB-IoT). Cellular network availability depends on your mobile operator, country, and local network coverage.
