We have recently launched our second campaign on Crowd Supply for a device we call the HeartyPatch. HeartyPatch is a single lead ECG, heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) monitoring device. Similar to the HealthyPi, this is also completely open-source and based on the very popular ESP32 chip. Read the full update.
We're happy to announce that all orders placed during the crowdfunding period have been shipped out. You will receive an email from Crowd Supply along with the tracking information for your shipment. Shipping is continuing according to plan with about 23 orders shipping out today. Also, the final set of orders received during the crowdfunding phase are scheduled for shipment on Friday, August 4, 2017. We looked around for IoT platforms that can be used along with the HealthyPi, of which there are several. We finally settled on using Initial State because of its ease-of-use and support for streaming libraries on various platforms, including Python on the Raspberry Pi.
