We are getting very close to the end of the iCEBreaker crowd funding campaign.
We have crossed a major milestone of 300% funding! Thank you to everyone for your
support!
The Haasoscope is now basically "done" - I've ordered one last prototype, which I'll test early in the new year. After that I'll order a couple final prototypes fully assembled, and then tweak any last little things and press go for an order of 200 boards! I'd say I'm still on schedule for February delivery.
Check out the NRFICE Bluetooth-enabled FPGA dev board, a recap of Teardown 2023, a last call for a $20,000 design challenge, and Nordic’s upcoming Tech Tour in Europe and South Africa.
Hello backers! There is less than one week to go on the Fomu campaign, and you've already helped us to break the $20,000 barrier. Thank you to all for supporting us. Last week Sean and Tim both gave talks at Linux.Conf.au 2019 in Christchurch, and the videos for both presentations are now available. Read on to find out more, and to watch the talks.
Hi backers! Welcome to the new year, and a new Fomu update. Thanks to all of you wonderful people, the Fomu campaign is going well. In this update, I'd like to talk about the 35C3 session as well as give a hint about some of the work we're doing with the EVT boards. There's less than a month left on the campaign, so let's get right into it.
Welcome to our third post-campaign update! In this update, we'll talk about: Shipping & production updates, a new user manual, unexpected Husky improvements, and an update on our suspicious regulator!
Dive into edge AI with our compact, powerful development systems powered by Microchip's PolarFire FPGAs. Perfect for AI enthusiasts and industrial innovators, TinyBeast lets you explore low-power, secure FPGA applications.
Since their launch several years ago, ChipWhisperer-Lite and ChipWhisperer-Pro have remained in active development. So why mess with what's working well? The main reason is that the FPGA family used in both the Lite and the Pro, Xilinx Spartan6, is getting long in the tooth. The IDE needed to develop for this FPGA is so old that Xilinx moved it to their "archive" section. The ChipWhisperer-Lite FPGA is full to bursting, which makes adding new features difficult. And there were lots of new features we had been wanting to add to ChipWhisperer-Lite. So, ChipWhisperer-Husky was born!
It's been a long time since my last update, and I have some not-so-great news
about the new batch of ULX3S boards. As you may have heard, supply chains are
not in good shape right now. We did managed to get all of the components for a
new batch...except for the Lattice 85F FPGA. Our most recent news about that
suggests that more will be available in four to six weeks. After that, we'll
need some time to produce and ship the boards, so we've pushed our shipping
estimate back to June 1st. But we also have some good news! Read on to learn more about our
plans to design a more modular FPGA board.
Since the last update, we’ve been able to continue the production and shipping process. Here is an update of what has happened and where to go from here.
There's been a lot of exciting activity with the TinyFPGA EX in recent months and I would like to summarize recent progress, the current state of development, and future plans. Read the full update to catch up on all the latest developments!
Hello everyone, Thank you for signing up and backing this project! We will cover the various other boards associated with the Vision SoM in this update, i.e., the Developer board, Breakout board, and Artemis adapter.
